Use DrawSomeone for lawful, friendly gift exchanges. You are responsible for the display name, wishes, questions, answers, and links you add, and organizers are responsible for sharing invitations only with their intended group.

Protect access

Anyone with a shared invitation link can enter a display name while joining is open. Anyone with an organizer or participant private link, or verified My draws access, may use the corresponding controls. Share private links only with their intended recipients.

Respectful use

Do not use the service to harass people, collect sensitive information, impersonate someone, automate abusive traffic, interfere with the draw, or post unlawful content. Report controls may block further questions for an assignment.

Merchant links

Merchant links are optional. Some may be affiliate links, as described in the affiliate disclosure. DrawSomeone does not control merchant availability, price, fulfillment, returns, or privacy practices.

Service availability

The service is provided as-is and may change, fail, or be withdrawn. Exchange data expires under the retention policy. Keep an appropriate offline record of dates and budgets, and protect your My draws email access.
